Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, has announced the 29th Convocation Ceremony for students who graduated in the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 academic sessions.
The event will take place from Monday, March 24, 2025, to Saturday, March 29, 2025. This is a big moment for the graduates, their families, and the university community. Below is everything you need to know about the convocation.

Collection of Academic Robes and Payment
All graduating students are expected to collect their academic robes from their Faculty Officers starting from March 17, 2025. Payments for the academic robes and other convocation-related fees should be made through the EKSU Portal. Graduates must complete all payments before March 24, 2025, to avoid extra charges.
Certificate Collection Process
Graduates who have completed their clearance and made all necessary payments will be able to collect their certificates immediately after the ceremony. To collect your certificate, you need to provide the following:
- Original Statement of Result or Notification of Result
- Student ID Card or Letter of Identification from your Department
- Two recent passport photographs
- Evidence of payment of all required fees
- University clearance
