Entry Requirements

Anchor University maintains a standard admission process that considers academic performance and relevant credentials.

Here are the specific criteria for each admission category.

UTME Candidates

To qualify, you must:

  • Score 160 or above in the 2025 UTME
  • Possess five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics
  • Have three other relevant subjects based on your chosen course
  • Apply even if you’re using awaiting results

Direct Entry and Transfer Students

You may apply for admission into the 200-level if you:

  • Hold OND, NCE, JUPEB, or other recognized qualifications
  • Are transferring from another accredited Nigerian or foreign university

How to Apply

Anchor University has simplified the application process for all prospective students.

Step 1 – Visit the Portal

Go to the official Anchor University Student Portal.

Step 2 – Create an Account

Click “Click To Apply” on the application login page.

Fill in the pre-registration form using a valid email and your personal details.

Step 3 – Email Activation

After registration, check your email inbox.

Click the verification link sent to you to activate your account.

Step 4 – Complete Your Application

Log into the portal.

Select your desired program, fill out the full application form, and upload the necessary documents.

Pay the required non-refundable application fee.

Step 5 – Print Receipt

Once payment is complete, print your payment receipt.

Keep your application number safe for reference during the admission process.

After Submission

Once your application is received, the admissions team will begin the review process.

If you are shortlisted, you will get an invitation email for a screening exercise.

The email will contain a login link and further instructions to complete your screening.
