Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the JUPEB Foundation Programme, candidates must:
- Have at least five O’Level credits in SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, or an equivalent qualification, including relevant subjects.
- Results may be obtained in one or two sittings.
Application Procedure
The application process is strictly online:
- Visit the Bells University application portal.
- Click “Create an Account” and provide your name, email, and password.
- Activate your account via the link sent to your email.
- Log in and proceed to the payment page.
- Select JUPEB and pay via the Upperlink interface.
- If not redirected, use the payment verification tab.
- Fill in the application form with O’Level details.
- Awaiting results are acceptable.
- Review all information carefully — personal details and photos cannot be changed after submission.
- Submit, download, and print the completed form.
- Later, log in to check your admission status and screening schedule.

- All payments must be made through the official portal.
