Two nations have confirmed their qualification for the quarter-finals of the ongoing African Nations Championship (CHAN) tournament — Kenya and Tanzania.

Kenya sealed their last-eight place in Group A after DR Congo defeated Angola 2-0 on Thursday.
The Harambee Stars lead the group with 7 points, holding a head-to-head advantage over both Morocco and DR Congo after beating them 1-0 earlier in the competition.

Morocco and DR Congo Face Decisive Clash

Morocco, who defeated Zambia 3-1, and DR Congo, currently sit second and third respectively with 6 points each. They will meet this weekend in a decisive final group fixture, with the winner joining Kenya in the quarter-finals.

Tanzania Dominate Group B

Tanzania became the first team to qualify for the knockout stage after collecting 9 points from three matches, securing top spot in Group B with one match still to play.
