Important Dates and Activities

• Resumption and Start of Lectures: The second semester officially starts on February 24, 2025, and lectures will begin immediately. Students are advised to check for any orientation activities or departmental requirements before resumption.

• Submission of First Semester Exam Scripts: Lecturers are expected to submit all marked exam scripts by February 28, 2025.

• Processing of First Semester Results: The process of checking and confirming first semester results will run from February 26 to April 4, 2025.

• School Conferences: Different departments will hold school conferences between March 3 and June 6, 2025.

• First Continuous Assessment: The first assessment test for students will take place from April 7 to April 11, 2025.

• Approval of First Semester Results:

  • Departmental Boards Review: April 8, 2025
  • School Boards Review: April 10, 2025
  • Academic Board Approval: April 24, 2025

• Rector/Registrar Football Cup: The school will organize a football competition between April 26 and May 17, 2025, to foster student engagement, teamwork, and school spirit.

• Sale of Admission Forms: Forms for the 2025/2026 admission will be available from May 2025.

• Submission of Exam Questions: Lecturers must submit their second semester exam questions for moderation by May 16, 2025.

• Second Continuous Assessment: This will hold between May 19 and May 23, 2025.

• Revision Week: Students will have time to revise for exams from May 26 to May 30, 2025.

• Second Semester Examinations: Exams will start on June 9, 2025, and end on June 27, 2025.

SIWES and Result Processing

• Industrial Training (SIWES): Students going for SIWES will start their four-month training from June 30 to October 30, 2025.

• Submission of Second Semester Scripts: All lecturers must submit marked scripts by August 1, 2025.

• External Examiners Arrival: External examiners will arrive on August 4 and 5, 2025.

• Processing of Second Semester Results: This will take place between August 5 and September 12, 2025. Students can expect the official release of results after the Academic Board’s approval on September 25, 2025.

• Approval of Second Semester Results:

  • Departmental Boards Review: September 18, 2025
  • School Boards Review: September 17, 2025
  • Academic Board Approval: September 25, 2025
