The Federal University Of Lokoja (FUL) is now accepting applications into its Part-Time Degree Program for the 2024/2025 academic session.
This program is aimed at individuals who want to earn a university degree but cannot attend full-time classes due to work or other commitments.
Available Courses Offered
Students can choose from the following part-time degree programs:
B.Sc. Political Science
B.A. History and International Studies
B.Sc. Economics
B.Sc. Geography
B.A. English and Literary Studies
How Long Is Part-time?
The part-time degree program is structured as follows:
100 Level – This is a four-year program with three contact sessions per year.
200 Level (Direct Entry,) – This is a three-year program, also with three contact sessions per year.
Classes are majorly held only on Fridays and Saturdays, making it convenient for working class people.
Admission Requirements
For 100 Level (Part 1) Entry
Candidates must have at least five (5) O’Level credit passes which includes English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE.
For 200 Level (Direct Entry, Part 2) Entry
In addition to meeting the O’Level requirements, applicants must have an Upper Credit pass in a relevant National Diploma (ND) program.
How to Apply For The Part-time Form
Visit the Federal University Lokoja’s Institute of Continuing Education Portal at https://ug.fulokoja.edu.ng/ioce/.
After that proceed to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and pay a non-refundable fee of ₦20,000 online or at any designated bank.
Then after return to the portal and complete your application form.
The after you are done with your registration proceed to print and save a copy of the completed application form for reference purposes.
