- Hold an HND, B.Eng, or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Have a minimum of a Second Class Lower or Lower Credit.
- Completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Are not older than 27 years.
- Possess basic skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD is a plus, even if only used during studies.
- Industrial training or internship experience in a factory setting is beneficial.
- Must be willing to work at any plant or location assigned by the company.
