NOCEN Postpones Matriculation for 2024/2025 Session

The management of Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe (NOCEN) has officially announced the postponement of its 2024/2025 matriculation ceremony.

The event, which was originally scheduled to hold on Friday, March 7, 2025, has now been put on hold until further notice.

Although the school did not give a specific reason for the postponement, students and staff members believe it could be due to administrative adjustments or unforeseen circumstances.

This decision, however, has left many freshers who were eagerly preparing for the ceremony in uncertainty, as they will now have to wait for a new date.

The school management assured students that a new date for the matriculation will be communicated soon. They also apologized for any inconvenience the delay may have caused.

Matriculation is an important event in every tertiary institution in Nigeria, as it officially welcomes new students into the academic system.

For NOCEN freshers, the postponement means they have to wait a little longer before fully becoming recognized students of the institution.
