Spain – Former Osasuna Star Pandiani Calls Cristiano Ronaldo Arrogant After Heated Clash

Ronaldo tremendous goalscorer but arrogant – Former Osasuna player Pandiani

Al Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo has been called arrogant by former Osasuna striker Walter Pandiani.

Pandiani recounted an incident from 2011 when his team faced Real Madrid, revealing that Ronaldo’s behavior during the heated match left him unimpressed.

Heated Atmosphere at El Sadar

Pandiani told Spanish outlet AS that the El Sadar crowd was hostile toward Ronaldo from the moment he began warming up.

Fans whistled and insulted him, which reportedly angered the Portuguese forward.

According to Pandiani, Ronaldo responded by shooting free kicks deliberately towards the stands.

On-Field Bust-Up With Ronaldo

The tension escalated when Ronaldo pushed Pandiani’s teammate Javier Camuñas after a foul.

Pandiani stepped in to defend Camuñas and shoved Ronaldo.

He recalled that Ronaldo arrogantly asked him who he was and how much he was being paid.

Tunnel Confrontation With Ronaldo and Ramos

The heated exchange didn’t end on the pitch.

Pandiani revealed that the altercation continued inside the tunnel, where Sergio Ramos also got involved.

Both sides were reportedly furious, and the situation nearly escalated further.

Pandiani’s Final Verdict on Ronaldo

Although he admitted that Ronaldo was a phenomenal goalscorer, Pandiani said his attitude left much to be desired.

He described the Portuguese icon as arrogant, contrasting his brilliance on the field with his controversial behavior off it.

Interestingly, Javier Camuñas, the player initially pushed by Ronaldo, went on to score the only goal of the game, sealing victory for Osasuna.
