UNIMAID Matriculation Ceremony 2024/2025 Session

The University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has officially announced the date for its 2024/2025 matriculation ceremony.

The UNIMAID matriculation ceremony for the 2024/2025 academic session will take place as follows:

Venue: Convocation Square, University of Maiduguri

This event is compulsory for all fresh students, and attendance is required.

All matriculating students are expected to wear academic gowns for the ceremony.

The gowns will be available for collection from Tuesday, 4th March 2025 through the College or Faculty Officers.

After the ceremony, students must return the gowns by Wednesday, 12th March 2025.

Failure to return the gown on time, or returning it in a damaged condition, will attract a fine as determined by the university Bursar.

1. Confirm Your Admission: Ensure that your admission process is complete, including payment of fees and registration of courses.

2. Collect Your Gown: Pick up your academic gown from your faculty early to avoid last-minute stress.

3. Arrive Early: Get to the venue on time to secure a good spot and avoid any issues with university officials.

4. Follow Dress Code: Apart from the gown, dress decently as required by the school.

5. Take Pictures: This is a memorable day in your academic life, so take photos with friends and family to keep the memory alive.
