Expert Panel Assesses Teams on Key Categories
Our panel of experts — Ben Solak, Louis Riddick, Aaron Schatz, and Seth Walder — rated each NFL team on four main areas:
- Quarterback situation
- Roster quality (excluding quarterback)
- Front office operations
- Coaching staff
Ratings were given on the following scale:
- 100: A+ (Elite)
- 90-99: A (Great)
- 80-89: B (Very Good)
- 70-79: C (Average)
- 51-69: D (Below Average)
- 50 and below: F (Disastrous)
Weighted Scoring Yields Overall Future Rankings
After collecting scores from all panelists, we weighted each category to calculate the overall future readiness score:
- Quarterback: 20%
- Roster: 30%
- Front Office: 25%
- Coaching: 25%
This weighted system produces a comprehensive ranking based on each team’s prospects for sustained success.

They also shared important stats and nuggets of information and made one bold prediction per franchise about what could happen in the coming years.
