JAMB Warns 2024 IJMB & JUPEB DE Candidates to Upload Results or Lose Admission
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has sent a strong warning to all 2024 Direct Entry (DE) candidates who registered with awaiting results from the Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination (IJMB) and the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB). JAMB has made it clear that any candidate who fails to upload their result immediately after it is released will not be considered for admission.
JAMB’s Directive on Result Upload
During the 2024 DE registration, some candidates applied with awaiting results (AR), hoping to submit them later. Now, JAMB is reminding these candidates that they must go to an accredited Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre to upload their results as soon as possible.
JAMB has also stated that just like UTME candidates, DE candidates will not be considered for admission if their result status remains ‘awaiting result’ after the deadline. If you do not upload your result, your application will be automatically disqualified.
